Anime where hot male villain manipulates female characters?

The type of villains that I've always found interesting is the reverse "female fatale". Male villains who use their attractiveness to manipulate women. As a mecha fan I can name such examples as Char from Gundam, Sergei from Geneshaft, Embryo from Cross Ange, Ralph from Strain. Among the non-mecha I can remember Light Yagami from Death Note, Andrea Cavalcanti from Gankutsuo, Sasuke from Naruto. What are the other examples of this? Genre doesn't matter.
