Should we have some distinct 40k models?

I've spent a lot of time making my own versions of most of the standard CSM characters because I'd prefer them to match my Iron Warriors, Night Lords, Alpha Legion or Bile's Consortium lore that has grown organically with my collection. Thinking about that makes me wonder though, do we truly need or even want a few distinctly Alpha Legion models?

The other undivided legions have a good bit of representation in the lineup. Iron Warriors have Warpsmiths, Havocs and Obliterators. Word Bearers have Dark Apostles, Masters of Possession and maybe could even claim Sorcerer's and Cultists. The Night Lords have literally all of our jump pack models and now Nemesis Claw. All the generic CSM models have the Black Legion aesthetic by default.

But does the XX Legion really need an obviously Alpha Legion model?

My Cypher and Huron proxies are both AL because their rules fit the theme, I have a Scout Squad painted in Alpha Legion colors that I use with a loyalist list and sometimes proxy in as Legionaries when running Deceptors, but the theme of identical and anonymous operatives really doesn't lend itself well to splashy, distinct models to represent us, lol.

Thoughts?
