Allergic/anaphylactic reactions

I was diagnosed with Alpha Gal and MAST nearly 4 years ago. Haven’t had many issues with it and keep a strict diet. However, last week, I was laughing at something and started to cough. Then I couldn’t stop coughing and felt the telltale signs of an anaphylactic reaction (difficulty breathing, chest congestion, etc). I never had any lip or face swelling and had not eaten anything that would trigger it. I took my EpiPen and some Benadryl. It finally calmed down an hour or two later. Today, I had the exact same thing happen with the same symptoms. Currently sitting in the ER scratching my head. Anyone else had an experience like this? TIA
