Resistance 6??

Using Pylons and the potion filters, how can I get myself resistance 6? As far as I'm aware, the only means of obtaining a potion for resistance 6 is the turtle master, but can't increase the potion's duration past one minute to meet the potion filter's criteria. Am I missing something?
