why police officers in algeria are so unprofessional ?

so basically my phone got stolen in the bus this evening so i went with my dad to report the incident at the police station since i cant report alone anyway my dad kept talking the whole road about how im so irresponsible and careless but i really dont blame him for that but the real problem happened when we arrived to the police station i told the officer my story and he started blaming me for what happend he kept interrupting me reapetedly and he didnt even hear all the details from me and start talking about how the teens were tough back in the days and how nobody could fool them unlike this generation . i wished he just stopped here nah . he pulled the "القضاء والقدر " card in my face and and started talking about how God tests us with the things that we like .. here i realised that im not getting my phone back and i lost hope on the case ... i mean yeah what he said was true but man i need help not condolesnces anyway they told to come back tomorow for further actions since it was to late

FUN FACT : i was listening to "daydreaming" by radiohead when the phone got stolen it was so loud then the ear pods disconnected i checked my pockets and couldnt feel anything
