How to chug carbonated drinks fast?

Long story short, i used to have no problem drinking anything carbonated until i had a little too long of a bender drinking 4lokos and mikes harder 8% cans and experienced a almost week long hangover… Since then (its been probably a year and a half) ive found it really hard to chug anything carbonated and now only can chug like 60% of a beer without feeling like im going to throw up and needing to put it down. If im hammered or super locked in i can put the whole beer down in a few seconds but even then i need to fight the throw up for a few… this doesnt happen at all with teas or margaritas though. Any advice on how i can fix im doing being a pussy.
