How to respond to a 4 star review

Hey All:

How do you respond publicly to a guest's 4-star review that makes no sense? The guest wrote "great stay" only. However they gave 4 stars for cleanliness, despite ticking the review's "Spotless" box, 4 stars for check in, despite my allowing them to come 2 hours early, easily entering per my ring doorbell, and ticking the review box "easy check in", 4 stars for accuracy despite ticking the review box that said "looks just like the photos." You get the drift.

I wrote them privately and asked them why they rated 4 stars and what we could do to improve. They responded "Nothing. I thought 4 stars was good."

Airbnb will not remove the review, but suggested I respond to their review publicly. What do you all write? I don't want to sound snarky or defensive, but I also want prospective guests to know that they had a good stay and thought they were leaving a perfectly fine rating.
