I want ideas

Su keh maru amdavad. i am amdavadi, and currently in north america. i am thinking to start a new business in ahmedabad like cafe or other thing where people can sit down and do social gatherings and have fun. what are the things as a business i can start. i haven't been there for last 3 years, so i do not know what trends are going on there.
