Are Connplex Couple Seats safe?

Is it a good place to spend some "quality time" kr "us time" in there? (If booking a hotel room is not an option). If anyone has visited could help out and are there CCTVs in the hall too?(I hv seen cams in some Halls but I am not sure about Connplex)
