Help with forgetting about food and it going to waste
This has been something I’ve been struggling with since I moved out on my own in July. I go grocery shopping, stick food in my fridge, then I forget what’s in there, when I bought it, and it goes to waste. I’m quite busy so I don’t really have time to cook but these are products like milk, yogurt, fruit, and other things with a quick expiration date. Time is a construct my brain doesn’t understand anymore so my days go by so quickly and it seems like the food expires so fast. Because of this, I’ve turned to frozen food or eating out but I can’t financially sustain that and would like to eat more healthy. Any tips or advice would be appreciated!
