Phone addiction and withdrawal symptoms???

Hi I've been doing some self assessment lately and I have always wondered why am I always feeling so tired, anxious and irritable when I'm in classes or listening in church or whenever I'm just doing basic house chours or if I want to do a physical activity or read a book.

And I think I'm having withdrawal symptoms when I'm not on my phone.

I checked my average daily screen time and found out I'm going over 8-10 hours of screen time on my phone almost everyday with out realising.

Sometimes, even without WiFi, I always try to check my phone's storage or delete some pictures or just scroll anywhere when I could be could be doing better things.

This ruins my daily productivity and I think the "withdrawal symptoms" Are interfering with how I normally function.

Do you guys think "phone withdrawal" is a real thing?
