Am I delusional?

Basically there's this girl my age that Ive known for awhile. Weve grown really close as friends and often work together in close proximity. She knows I'm gay and had an almost too excited reaction when I casually mentioned it. Recently shes been closer physically; wether its sutble touches, or just being in my space. What made it really stand out to me is that shes "obsessed" with this guy, and almost feels the need to tell me every 6 seconds. She's also quite affluent and spent today wanting to buy me things up on things up on things, that she knows I like, but didn't ask her for. Just kinda stuck.
