Tourist Visa via Etihad

Hello Everyone. I am planning on visiting Abu Dhabi in September to see my family who lives there. I have been to the UAE several times and have usually gotten visa on arrival since I have a US Visa and live in the states. This time I will need a UAE visa due to my US Visa expiring. I have obtained a visa before but this time my application was returned for modification because I needed to "Upload Hotel Information" SMH. I am literally staying with my family at their place and will not need a hotel. I have uploaded a PDF with a statement stating as such on the Etihad UAE visa portal. Now when I try to resubmit the application it says theres an Error on the Initial Validation Result, it seems to be some kind of IT issue on their end. I have already paid for the application and now its in limbo. Any advice here? Ill be extremely pissed if im expected to do this all over again.
