Call all zepbounders without a gallbladder!!!

I got my gallbladder removed in 2017 and since then my life has been hell. Couldn’t eat or drink outside of the home unless I took Imodium first because of the unexpected acid explosions that would happen with no warning. Since I’ve been on Zepbound my diarrhea issues have gone completely away and my digestive system is functioning normally!

I was wondering if anyone has had this experience. I’m assuming it’s because Zepbound can cause constipation, but since my digestive system was so reactive it just regulated it for me.
