Fiction and Nonfiction Books for teens who literally live in a jungle with no internet

Ok random question, but no better place to ask- my cousins live in the middle of nowhere in Cuba with little to no internet. Bookstores and libraries obviously don't exist and they literally use chalk and study a few classics. I want to load up a Kindle with books for them, books that everyone should read and especially books good for a boy in his early 20s (pretend he is in his teens though, remember they don't have a high reading level) and a 16 year old girl to read (pretend she is 14) which will also educate them but also entertain them (some nonfiction would be good as this is a communist country and they usually get a lot of bias) and of course, instill a love of reading in them.

I especially want to ensure the boy in his early 20s to understand racism, emotional labor, women's issues, develops empathy etc. I want to help the girl become self actualized in a macho culture so clean(no sex) books with great female characters preferred. If you could basically download any and all books from scratch for them what do you recommend?

I already got them Harry Potter series and Tamora Pierce, Series of Unfortunate Events, Juliet Marrilier, Diane Duane, Neal Schusterman, Shannon Hale, Cornelia Funke, Redwall. City of Ember, Phillip Pullman, Perks of Being a Wallflower, Maze Runners, Percy Jackson, Suzanne Collins, Scott Westerfield, Tolkien, Narnia,Roald Dahl, Wrinkle in Time, Anne of Green Gables, The Giver, The Book Thief, To Kill A Mockingbird, Austen, and the Outsiders. Anything else especially non fiction (so far I have a Short History of Nearly Everything)?
