Oil Consumption Test??

Considering purchase of a used 2021 xc40 lease return R design at a Volvo dealership.

I notice in brief summarized dealership service notes there is an “oil consumption test” at about 8000 miles (almost a year after new purchase). It happens on the same date as service A which I believe is an oil change service.

The oil consumption test is noted as a “warranty repair” and is about the same price as the “service A”.
