Ps4 port?

Why si the game gonna be ps5 only it isn't that bad to run its only ue4 and a bunch of games on ps4 can handle that especially the ps4 pro so what gives (I only have a ps5 at my dad's house and I only go on Sundays so I don't get time to use the ps5 much)
