Never ending sexual harassment
There were several of us employees who came forward to HR about our secretary sexually harassing all of the men AND women at our company. Most people didn’t take it seriously because she’s a woman but she took it as far as sexually assaulting employees in their hotel rooms (she was using the excuse that she just wanted someone to talk to and eat dinner with to get them to let her in their rooms) on work trips that she falsely used company money to go on because why does the secretary need to be on a work trip ?
Anyway… there was a month long investigation and this person was put on unpaid leave during the investigation. After the month passed they decided to let her return to work with just a slap on the wrist. Upon returning to work she got a really big and visible neck tattoo that says “sinner” and proceeded to brag to everyone that she got that to resemble the fact that she can get away with whatever she wants with the company.
Still… the company refuses to do anything. They even refused to follow company policy and switch the schedule so that the people who reported her didn’t have to work with her but they still did because no one would change their schedules.
People have been forced to quit this place of employment because the environment is so horrible and the sexual harassment is out of hand.
What do we do?
