Using webhooks for forms. Best option?

I want my wordpress forms to go into my CRM gohighlevel.

Should I:
-embed GHL forms.
-Use webhooks with bricks WP forms. Would need to set up child theme and add code.
-use a plug in.

Whats the best option to not mess with page speed? GHL forms load pretty slow.
