Void over taking my screen (I’m clueless)

Does anyone know what’s this called? I accidentally stomped on my laptop and this black stuff appeared. It has been getting worse since. (It was less worse before) I’m not sure if this is the right subreddit if it is I’m sorry.

This is a windows 11 Inspiron Dell.

I’ll appreciate it if anybody knows what this is called. Thanks.
