What can we do to stop this?

How can we get the flippers to stop artificially inflating the market?! This was just flipped in my neighborhood. They bought it for $303k. Put in a shitty crooked fence, did a few things in the kitchen, maybe a bathroom. This would have been a great house for a family that was priced appropriately and could have had equity built on it. This has been happening all over my neighborhood. Sometimes the house isn't even listed for sale, just a flipper sign showing up in the yard. Granted, it's increased the value on our home about $145k, but I would have to move well out of the area in order to find a house that wasn't cheaply flipped.
