What is the name of this song

My uncle showed me this video wanting me to help him identify the song but with the serch engines I’ve used nothing turned up..we’ve asked multiple people who would know but no such luck someone did say it maybe Lloyd Snow but nothing turned up yet though I’m still investigating him even though he’s not well documented I’m hoping something turns up… I’m hoping someone here will know it would mean a lot…..
