wearing off

i’m on 40mg of prozac and 150 mg of Wellbutrin. I’ve been taking this specific combination for about a month now. It was AMAZING at first. Loved every second of it. Now i feel like im back to my old ways. Can’t get out of bed, unmotivated, severely depressed again. Someone please tell me this is temporary
