Nervous to start Wellbutrin

I have adhd and generalized anxiety, my doctor put me on Prozac a few months ago and after one dose I had a horrific reaction. This has me very Gunshy to start Wellbutrin. Can anyone tell me what I can realistically expect side effects wise? Are there any side effects that I need to be on the watch for? Like hallucinations or anything? I’m just very scared and nervous to try it after my Prozac experience.
