Bicep muscle looks bunched up, wondering what to do
I've been lifting for just over a year, and one reason was to try and look better. So it's annoying to me that, lately, my left bicep has sort of bunched up at the lower end. When I bend my arms up they look just about alike, but of course I don't assume that position much. Every internet search I do tells me it is Popeye deformity, but the only problem with that is I haven't experienced any pain or loss of motion at all, so I doubt the tendon has torn. I had a cramp in that arm a couple months ago, then it went away, and now this.
Any advice is welcome. This is really deflating. Thank you in advance.
