How to know when you’ve completed your journey?

Hey guys! So I’ve been on a weight loss journey for about 2ish years now. Started at 180 and now I’m down to 120 which is worrying me…. I’m about 5”2 and 23 years old Female. For anyone who was successful in your journey, how did you get out of the “lose, lose, lose” mindset?
