Help!
Hi, so I'm 17, and I've been fat most of my life (around 10, when I started puberty). I've been left out a lot of things. People don't pick me for sports, I can't wear clothes girls my age would, and boys don't like me. I've been subjected to a lot of verbal abuse for a long time. I got bullied into the weight loss, so I can't be harassed if I'm skinny! I'm mainly looking for tips, food recommendations for students, exercise that won't kill me, and some motivation!
Currently, I'm 5'2 and 182 pounds. My goal is to be at least 145-150 by my senior prom, which is in April. Honestly if it were realistic, I'd like to be in the 130's
I just need advice! I have my restrictions here too:
-I get low blood sugar sometimes, usually when I don't eat. I'm not a diagnosed diabetic. -I broke my ankle in June and had to have surgery, my flexibility is limited and I can't walk for too long without having pain. -My school hours are 8am and I get home at 4:50pm -I only get about 5-6 hours of sleep at night (I'm an untreated insomniac)
I'm not really sure what to say here.
