I need to vent- was I in the wrong here?

I’m currently editing one of my last 2024 weddings and am struggling to be excited about it like I usually am just because of the annoying experience I had that day with the videographer. I usually love working with videographers and we always vibe so well but this time felt super off. To give more context, I have been shooting FT now for 2 years and was shooting on the side of my main job for 8. I have shot over 200 weddings so I don’t lack experience by any means. I was also about 7 months pregnant at this wedding so I probably wasn’t operating with full positivity but I don’t think I was rude at all. I’m usually a passive person and just try to make everyone happy when it comes to working with other vendors. As soon as I introduced myself to the videographer and we started shooting together that morning I instantly got the feeling that he felt he was better than me and didn’t trust my process. If I suggested we do a shot in a certain location, he always disagreed and wanted to go another direction so finally I just started being more assertive, specifically on the first look location because it was so windy that day and I wanted to use a tree line as a wind block. I feel like this pissed him off because he completely abandoned us during the bridal party photos and got no coverage of the bridal party which was odd because I had them do plenty of motion prompts that would have been great on video. He was just nearby, shooting detail b roll, and watching us. Finally my main issue: He sets up not 2, not 3, but 4 tripods during the wedding, one being in the very center of the aisle about 12 feet from the couple. Yes, the very center. I have never ever encountered this and didn’t tell him to move it because I told myself I could just shoot over it and use AI to remove it, but looking back, it almost seems like he did it on purpose just to be a dick. Now I’m hating myself for not telling him to move it to the side at least because it’s in SO many of my shots and so is he. 🙄 Is setting up a tripod in the very center front aisle common practice? Am I just overthinking everything? Also adding that he is a pretty popular local vendor and also doesn’t lack experience by any means. I just NEVER want to work with him ever again.
