[Sinn 556 MOP] Thoughts on this and other MOP watches?

(I know it’s on a bit too tight)

Went to one of the few authorized retailers in NA to try on a Sinn U50 or 356, and this ended up catching my eye. Never thought about a pearl watch before - is it too flashy? Welcome any thoughts or guidance, this would be the second “proper” watch in my collection 🙏
