[Recommendation Request] Omega or Cartier?

My fiancé wants to get me a wedding gift - and I’m thinking of either Omega Seamaster Diver 300M or Cartier Santos. Are there any pros / cons to either? I already have a Grand Seiko Heritage GMT. The budget is $6-8k, so would love any other recs. Thanks!
