Is my experience with the necramech and the railjack grind weird or people are just traumatized by the old grind to get them?

I did the new war like 2 months ago and I have seen people talk about a big grind wall aka getting the necramech and the railjack for the quest being 60 hours or more but in my experience it was not that bad, like I crafted the railjack the moment I ended the rising tides quest, no grind needed and for the necramech I did like 2 days of grind and it was mostly because I didn't know I can get the broken part that I didn't have from father with standing and then I fished for some materials, like it was not the big wall that some people talk about
