Cobb SF Intake need a tune?

Question. So I bought a 2020 WRX Premium, a month in I’ve had to replace the engine. Only had 51k on it so getting everything looked over. The only aftermarket part on it is a Cobb SF Intake. There is also a tune but I don’t have the AP because the dealership got it from auction and it just wasn’t included. (Took it to a local WRX tuning garage and they informed me of the tune prior to the engaging going) So my question is this.

As I get the car back with a new engine, I want to make sure it’s reliable as possible. Does the intake require a tune or would I be ok to return the tune to stock without encountering any issues.

Additional question, to a new Subaru owner please give me any and all recommendations on maintenance, preventative maintenance, things to listen to or look out for etc that will help me take the best care of my new subie
