WLED with Govee Curtain Lights 2?

1. Can the Govee Curtain Lights 2 be controlled by WLED using ws281x, like the Curtain Lights original?
   
2. Are these lights sturdier than the pebble light strings on Ali (etc)? The look so in pics.

I'm interested in the 15 foot wide triple Govee Curtain Lights 2 version (60 wide x 25 high, 1560 pixels).

I found posts successfully controlling the original (ver 1) Govee Curtain Lights, but I'm looking for information about the newer version, and the triple wide variant.

But if they are no sturdier, the generic pebble light strings in serpentine form are a lot cheaper of course.
