how to cite course material using APA?

Hello all! i’m in my first semester for my bachelors of science in health and human services. i’m almost finished with my first course (learning strategies in higher education) and finished my second task. however there’s one problem: i submitted the task and there is an issue with my sources. the evaluation report stated i need to have complete source information (author, title, etc.) but i used a few pages from the course material as a source. what on earth would i put for the author, date, etc. for my reference using course material?? should i completely redo it and not use my course material as a source? i only put the link to the website in parentheses as a source but its not formatted correctly.
