C40 recharge slammed on breaks while doing 110km, Volvo Brisbane (Fortitude Valley) service centre doesnt care at all

Hi everyone, my mother was driving her 2023 C40 along the hwy doing 110 (with clear traffic and conditions) when the car flashed a warning that emergency collision assist had been activated. The car then dropped from 110 down to about 40 or so, with traffic behind her luckily being far enough away to swerve around and a shoulder available for her to pull into. After getting RACQ to check the car from Volvo concierge (who couldn't give two hoots about what happened) and RACQ cleaning all sensors and saying thats all they can do, she carefully drove it back home a day later and called Volvo Brisbane ASAP. Again, nobody at the dealership cared to get the car in to check logs or do a test for her. She's happy to give them the benefit of the doubt that the car may have sensed something she didn't see (it was a clear afternoon with minimal traffic so she isn't too convinced).

It's now been nearly two weeks. After calling up the dealer again as she was left on read when their only solution was to offer a single Uber trip and never bothered to organise a time, they said that it's not something they can comment on and the next available time is another week and a half away.

Is there any insights people can provide to this? Does the car keep logs that we have now let expire because the dealer has been so uninterested? Is there a known fix to anything like this or something we can pressure the dealer with to look into it. The lack of emotion and care has been the worst part honestly. Having to chase them down for two issues that affect core functions of the car.

Ontop of this, her car has continously had LTE issues and refuses to hold a conection for more than a few seconds most days, with hard resets and a dealer factory reset doing nothing. Again, the dealer couldnt care less no matter how many videos and hard resets I do myself or she does while driving.

Flashes with LTE signal for 5 seconds max and then drops off again.
