Final Missions not unlocking

I have completed all story missions including Cop land.

I have Malibu, Pole Position, Taxis, Printworks, Autos, Film, Vercetti estate all generating income + with all missions completed.

I keep driving and walking around but no one is calling and there's no icon in the map indicating any new missions, I need Cap the collector and Keep your friends close!!
