Question

As a tech who feeds raw(I know I know, gasp), why is it that anti raw arguments center around salmonella, campylobacter, etc. When backyard poultry(chicken, ducks, quail, guinea fowl,etc) carries those same risks. With confirmed illnesses stemming from backyard poultry.
