48-Hrs Post Feeling Great - Ice Ice Ice!

As post says, I'm 48 hrs out and pretty much fine. First day I iced religiously 20min / 20min and I think that helped a ton. One mistake I made was I focused only on one side that hurt. The next day the other side started hurting, so I focused there instead. Should've done both sides equally.

Aside from icing, lots of supportive underwear, stayed off my feet as much as I could, kept feet elevated when sitting. I've had minimal to no swelling, no bruising, etc.

Hopefully I didn't jinx myself. Havent iced today, but doc said 24-48 hrs only.
