The lighter present in the RECKONING cinematic and the one in Tejo's possession are quite similar
When analyzing the interior of the base of the Scions' Indonesia tower, the entire interior is coated in a golden color, as is the machine in the boss's room, which exerts pressure on Omen with the click of a button.
The way the device works is very reminiscent of Tejo's Armageddon in terms of being activated and its purpose, oppressing the victim in an area attack, just changing the fact that Armadegon is pure damage and this separate machine exerts some type of external pressure. Interestingly, it seems to have more effect on radiants and not on ordinary humans.
The first lighter was not lost, at the end of the cinematic, you can see that Cypher kept it, probably given by Omen. Tejo is a creator of technological offensive equipment, but it is undeniable that his involvement with people like the Scions is not very unlikely.
An hourglass-like pattern appears to be recognizable on Tejo's lighter with the junction of two orange triangles, the only difference is that each one has a design that suits the user best. It's not that they are the same, but just that there is a similarity in design in both.
