USB-C docking station to resolve laptop dual monitor display issues?

See diagram below - one particular laptop fails to send display info to both screens, only 1 of them.

Is there a USB-C to HDMI docking station / hub that can overcome this?

Whats the most likely reason a Vivobook cant send display to dual monitors but these other devices can? I've tried replacing all cables etc.
