ULPT Request: How to lose weight fast (without medications)
I have some pretty limited options, so unless it's a supplement or something, medications are off the table, so how do I get skinny as fuck quick as fuck :P I wanna look nice for the summer and also have a few other things pretry soon so if I don't start now I'm screwed lol. Would rather not have an obvious disorder but honestly, if that's a good way, I'm game. I just need to get rid of my tum.
Edit: For context, rn I way about 50-51 kg, but I'm still a bit chunky in the stomach probably due to being on the shorter side, maybe bring it down to at least 40. Based on my current body, I could probably bring it down to a 35 without any health issues. I've done something akin to intermittent fasting before when I had a long break (waking up late and only eating dinner and a few snacks) and I think it worked alright, I got down to like a 46 at a steady pace.
