ULPT - If you know you’re getting fired from your job delete the Kernel32.dll from as many computers as you can before you leave.
If you know there’s a lay off wave coming and you know you’re part of it. The day you think it’s your last, stay back on your lunch and on all available computers just click on File Explorer (this could be My documents) and on the left pane go to My PC then click on the C:\ drive then look for the WINDOWS folder, then go in there and look for the System32 folder, once inside look for Kernel32.dll and delete it. It will not automatically crash the pc but upon restart it will not boot up. The file path is C:\Windows\System32. They’d have to install a fresh copy of the WindowsOS ultimately, will delete a bunch of important files that haven’t been backed up. Cheers.
