Sunscreen and chapstick before ihram

Hi I am not able to find out if its ok to put sunscreen or any fragrance free Moisturiser and chapstick before doing ihram. I have dry skin and it get drier with every water touch.

Also can we use normal soap between two umrahs? Like I'm willing to do one on Thursday and then one on Friday and between them I'll take ihram off to do niyat again.
