More urgency at home?
Does anyone else find that the more they think about urgency the more they have urgency? Sometimes when I’m wfh I find that I go to the toilet more (because I have easy access to it) as compared to when I’m in the office.
The more I think about bowel movements the more I have. When I’m outside of home I’m more distracted and don’t think about it as much.
Im currently flaring badly and the more I think about it the worse it is.
