Stuck with applying for a tourist visa. Can anyone help?

Hi, not sure this is the right place to ask but I've been trying to apply for an ordinary tourist visa through the official website and I can't seem to get past this payment page. When I click accept nothing happens and going back to click the pay button also does nothing. The website also suggested I might get a payment slip via email which I have not recieved. I have tried multiple different browsers, clearing cache, different devices, VPNs, no VPNs and nothing is working. I've also contacted the email on the website and have not heard anything back. My friends have also been trying to apply and we are all having the same issues. Can anyone suggest what to try next?
