My orders keep saying they are delivered/ cancelled but I always get charged and never get my food???

So I will order my food and then just as the guy gets close it gets canceled but I still get charged or I’ll order my food and as he picks it up it’ll say order complete and I still don’t get my food and I am always charged this has happened 5 times over the last few weeks and uber support is no help. How do I at least get my money back because I am getting scammed!
