Unauthorized charge?

So yesterday was the 4th of July as you may know so I was quite busy with family. I had just checked my chase account and realized a new charge for $21.25 for an order I had placed on June 30th! I was obviously confused and annoyed considering this resulted in a negative balance in my account. When I had order my stuff it was about $15 as the original subtotal, however I had applied a 50% off $15 promotion deal which resulted in a subtotal of $11.21, which I have a screenshot of in my bank statement. I had contacted them on twitter and via the app and they keep saying since I was more that 48 hours of contacting them, they couldn’t do anything. Even though this was a BRAND NEW CHARGE! Please let me know if I’m missing something or if Uber is screwing with me and If should call my bank
