Has anyone been taken off the waitlist yet?

Just wondering🥲 the waitlist is so confusing I called and they said it wasn’t ranked, but I don’t really understand that. Is it first come first serve, like whoever signed up first should we put on will be taken off first? Give me any facts you can about the waitlist it’s so confusing to me
