AutoFill TrojanCheck (iOS Shortcut)

Third times the charm! The holy grail of TrojanCheck automation, the autoclicker :) The main things to know are that you need to login first, and that you run it from the Share Sheet (see screenshot below) on the "before you begin" page. DISCLAIMER: please make sure you are still properly following all USC COVID-19 policies. Confirm that you know all questions on TrojanCheck and that your answer is "No" to all questions before usage.

Also, if you don't have the Save TrojanCheck shortcut yet, go ahead and get it here: https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/196a9971e271473b9ea282f53c8fa0a0. This allows you to specify if you want the day pass saved to wallpaper, saved to Files, or both. See my previous post for more info about this!

Here's some more detailed info:

  • What it does: fills out TrojanCheck pages, starting from "before you begin" page all the way to getting the day pass
  • Requirements
    • iOS 14.5+
    • I've tested this on Safari a bunch, but it should work on other browsers too. I don't think this works on the TrojanCheck app because there's no "Share" button (see below)
  • Initial setup
    • If you haven't used an iOS shortcut before, see my first reddit post
    • (optional) Add shortcut to top of your "Share Sheet" (which is what pops up when you click the share button)
      • Click the Share button and scroll down to bottom of the menu
      • Hit "Edit Actions," then scroll down and add "AutoFill TrojanCheck" and move it to the top
    • First time you run the shortcut, hit "Allow" when you're asked
  • Usage (what to do each time)
    • Login to TrojanCheck, and stop on "before you begin" page
    • Click the share button, and hit the AutoFill TrojanCheck menu item
    • That's it!! Feel free to use the Save TrojanCheck shortcut I made earlier

How it works (if you're curious): Javascript allows you to select buttons and click them, and iOS Shortcuts allows you to run Javascript on websites! That's really it, I just hard-coded clicking the buttons.

TL;DR TrojanCheck autofill using iOS shortcuts (link here), login and run from the Share Sheet on the "before you begin" page!
