Undawn chat just being useless.

So whenever I try to use any chat I get a message saying "As we strive to maintain a healthy gaming environment for our youngers players, you are unable to use the chat functions. we apologize for any inconveniences." I am only 20 years old and I understand why some restriction maybe placed, but in a battle royale, or team, I dont understand why this should affect me, not to mention my friend that I have add, how am I ment to talk to them or Invite the to my base if I cant even use a chat feature.

If anyone has a suggestive Idea of how to deal with this please let me know.
